This gorgeous two storey home offers refined modern styling that embraces the home's cool tones and abundance of natural light. Only moments from Burleigh beach and James Street, indulge yourself in the scenic walks, cafes, and a choice of the excellent local restaurants on offer. With the three generous living areas, there is plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax. Additionally, the outdoor living/dining area creates a beautiful space for making memories.
Your host will not be on the premises, although will be available if needed.
A beautiful clean safe residental neighbourhood in a tree-lined street which is safe at night. There is a double garage for two cars, plus free street parking.
