This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in: ▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours ▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours ▪️ General construction activity near some properties While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present. We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.
