Guests are in for a treat when you stay at Burnside Organic farm. We have spent 28 years building an incredibly productive organic farm. Three generations of our family. We live self-sufficiency and love inspiring others to grow your own organic food and learn about healthy eating. We keep cows, pigs, sheep, geese and chickens. We eat our own meat, eggs, vegetables and fruit. We have a large market garden we love to show guests and see if some greens or herbs for your dinner. You will receive a self-guided walk map on arrival. You can enjoy walking on the 1.7km track that takes you around the entire farm. The best way to see and take in all of the farm and natural environment. All guests have the opportunity to have a complimentary morning farm walk/animal feeding during their stay. Allow 30 minutes. Hosted by Lara or Jamie. We also have grow and make organic wine onsite. Guests are welcome to a private wine tasting by appointment.
Our passion is being outdoors, being in the ocean, surfing, growing food, farming, cooking, wine, sharing, community, connection and helping you to have the best holiday or time out in our special area and peaceful farm. We are your personal concierge. We want to help you have the best holiday and do the activities suited to your holiday wish list.
The White Elephant Cafe - At the beach - Breakfast or Lunch Sea Gardens Cafe - Near the beach. No queues when The White Elephant is busy. Great menu and relaxed vibe. Ocean views. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Margaret River Bakery - Opens 7am for coffee, pastries and the best rolls. Surfers Point for the sunset. Warmer months. Bring a picnic or BYO drinks. A private Organic Wine and Caper tasting at our private cellar - Burnside Organic Farm Bespoke Burnside Farm Tour - Please ask for a quote for your family or small group. Degustation lunch at Cullen Wines, Glenarty Rd or Leeuwin Estate. Pizza /Wood fired meat grill at Pizzica, for dinner. Mai Tardi - The best icecream in Margaret River. It is the bomb. Handmade onsite from real fruit.
