Works generally occur between Monday to Saturday, 7 am–4 pm , and noise levels may vary throughout the day (including drilling, hammering, and construction equipment). The best aspect of this apartment is… its aspect! It’s in a truly enviable position, with the beach a mere 30 second stroll at the end of the short cul-de-sac and Sydney Harbour Bridge just across the water. Stroll up the street onto New South Head Road and enjoy the many cafes, restaurants and shops that the ‘village’ of Rose Bay offers. It has a lovely community feel. You must try the fabulous pastries from the bakery. There’s fish and chips, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Chinese - you have plenty of choice for dinners out or take away. There is a sprinkling of shops but the local bus can whisk you to the nearby shopper’s paradise of Double Bay. Before booking, please note the elevator will be NOT OPERATIONAL between these 7th July 2025 - 10th September 2025 while they replace the old one for a new place. We are on the top-floor (4 flights of stairs).

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your license/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
