At Canvas Suites, we believe that no visit to a place is complete without immersing oneself in its unique culture and central to any culture is its art. We view each of our art-inspired Suites as carefully curated galleries with walls adorned by original Australian works of art which our guests may enjoy in private during their stay. But great spaces with great art do not by themselves create great hospitality experience. We know what counts for our guests to have a great stay in Melbourne – a friendly face to meet them, top-of-the-line chiropedic beds made with pristine sheets, the towels and toiletries taken care of to our exacting standards. We also know that our guests want the space and freedom to experience what Melbourne has to offer at their own pace. So we are available 24/7 for when our guests need us, but we step back when they do not.

For all after-hours check-in (arriving later than 18:00), Property will send through Pre Check-in steps to Guests for completion. It is mandatory for the Pre Check-in to be completed prior to 18:00.

Guest is required to notify the Property of a late check-in at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 24 hours of arrival, please contact the property prior to 17:00 on the arrival date.

For Pre Check-in, Guest require their Identification Document and Credit Card used to make payment for this booking. Guest will be sent a secure payment link to pay the $100 Damage Deposit using the same Credit Card used for the booking.

Property will not be able to organize a late check-in if the pre-check in process is not completed by 18:00.
