The property is a self-check-in unit with no on-site staff; we use a simple pre-check-in process to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and the property. Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 of the Queen’s Wharf Residences. Note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete, including photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes) and a refundable security deposit, fully returned within 5-7 days of checkout (depending on your bank), provided the home is left in a reasonable condition. This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone while offering a seamless, contact-free check-in experience. We’re also happy to welcome your furry friends by prior approval—simply send us a quick message before booking. A pet fee per pet, per stay applies and will be collected separately following booking confirmation, with all pet fees and other service charges processed directly by us through a third-party payment gateway. Pets must be house-trained. Standard check-in is from 3PM-9PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be submitted at least one day in advance and are subject to availability. We provide 1 apartment key and 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of keys, a security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post-check-out if all is in order. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. We offer complimentary parking for guests staying. Please let us know in advance if you will require a car park during your stay so we can arrange this for you. Late notice may result in delays in securing the space.
