Convenient 2 bedroom ground floor apartment opposite the Bay. Flat walk to the shops, clubs and restaurants. Great facilities with pool, tennis court BBQ area. 3 Smart Tv's, Free NBN and printer!. We supply high quality hotel standard white linen. Various board games. 3 split systems with heating and cooling in each room. Washer and dryer. Undercover carpark located right beside the apartment. 1 small pet may be permitted. Please message before booking for conditions and approval.
This beautiful apartment located in a low rise complex right opposite the Bay on Beach Road. Our apartment is set back from the main road so quieter than the front units. It's on the ground floor with easy access to the car park right next to it. The award winning restaurant( JJ's At The Marina ) is straight across the road. Batemans Bay town centre is a lovely 10 to 15 minute flat walk along the scenic Beach Road. The Catalina Club is the same distance in the opposite direction. There is a an awesome fish and chip shop and Thai restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Most tourist attractions are no more than a 10 minutes drive.
