You won't find anywhere quite like my apartment in the city centre. Built in 1887, the warehouse interior was converted to a huge apartment with a mezzanine bedroom, a completely private toilet, a bathroom with a sunken round bath, and a generous shower. The windows look across the rooftops to the old GPO building with its clock tower as your timepiece. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for its location, as it's on a laneway off a one-way street. There is little to no traffic.

I've been a city dweller since 1998 so I know the area very well and love it dearly. I'm a keen traveller, and experienced host.

This is the absolute centre of Melbourne so you can walk anywhere with ease or catch the free tram as you're in the middle of the free tram zone. You're at Emporium Shopping Centre, H&M, Myer, David Jones and the Bourke Street Mall within five minutes of leaving the apartment. Perfect for shoppers. Food lovers and bar hoppers are equally blessed with one of the city's most loved and respected restaurants right on the corner - Tipo 00. I provide bar guides for all guests, but am happy to offer customised recommendations. I'm a bar guide publisher after all. On the other corner is Brother Baba Budan, one of the leading coffee palaces.
