The property is a self-check-in unit with no on-site staff; we use a simple pre-check-in process to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and the property. Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas. Note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete, including photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes) and a refundable security deposit, fully returned within 5-7 days of checkout (depending on your bank), provided the home is left in a reasonable condition. This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone while offering a seamless, contact-free check-in experience. We’re also happy to welcome your furry friends by prior approval—simply send us a quick message before booking. A pet fee per pet, per stay applies and will be collected separately following booking confirmation, with all pet fees and other service charges processed directly by us through a third-party payment gateway. Pets must be house-trained. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be submitted at least one day in advance and are subject to availability, as same-day requests cannot be accommodated. We provide 1 apartment key and 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of keys, a security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order. We also provide a starter supply of essential items to help you settle in at the beginning of your stay. No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. Additional cleaning fees will apply if smoke is detected.
