Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a fold-out sofa double bed in the living area, accommodating up to 4 people (max 3 adults or a family of four). Enjoy the entire house all to yourself! Access is via a shared driveway with the main residence next door; you’ll find the flat on the left, tucked just behind the carport. Located in the family orientated area, our neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. There is park with playground and outdoor gym located only short walk behind the flat. Or Pine Rivers Park is a short drive away when you have kids. Location attractions: Forgan Park and the adjacent Bullocky Rest on Lake Samsonvale offer a scenic, easy-to-reach escape near Brisbane, featuring picnic tables, BBQs, and fishing (permit required). Located off Forgan Road in Joyner, these spots provide a peaceful, nature-filled retreat with walking trails, water views, and opportunities to spot local birdlife and koalas. Old Petrie Town is a charming restored historic village located in Whiteside, approximately 10 mins (6.7km) drive from Straithpine.  Spread across 48 acres of parklands, it replicates life pre-1930s with heritage buildings, museums, specialty shops, and a famous weekly Sunday market.
