Property info

Absolute beach front 20mt off the sand with no roads, fences or obscure views. 1 in 20 of the whole of the Gold Coast this close to the ocean. We are a U shaped building with the pool, spa, 2 large BBQ’s and ample table and chairs for family and special occasions. Tugun Life Saving Club with flags to the left and Bilinga to the right. Safe to swim in the ocean directly out the back. Tugun Life Saving Club with flags to the left and Billinga to the right. Every apartment has a view. 3 minutes from Gold Coast Airport. Bus stop right outside our door. Shops, Surf Clubs and Restaurants are walking distance to Tugun. Coolangatta 5klm. Theme parks 30minutes bus leaves from Crystal Beach.
