We are a small, family run business based in beautiful Dunsborough, South West WA. Between us, we have over 30 years of experience hosting guests in this spectacular region that we are so fortunate to call home. Please note that if you have booked for 8 guests or less (including adults & children 3 yrs+ ) the outside bedrooms (5&6 - 1 Queen bed in each) will be locked during your stay. For bookings of 9 or 10 guests, one outside bedroom will be unlocked; for bookings of 11 or 12 guests, both bedrooms will be unlocked. If you wish to have access to one or both of these rooms for a smaller group, please contact us. Additional fees apply. Covered al fresco: • hot tub (6 seats) • 65” smart TV • large BBQ • outdoor dining • daybed • pool table • hot & cold shower The entertainment options don’t stop there, with a lounge and theatre room (with smart TVs) inside. The lounge has a wood burner to help you stay cosy during cooler weather. Four bedrooms are in the main house, with an additional two in an outside unit, not attached to the house which can be utilised if you book for more than 8 guests*. The master has a King bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower, vanity & WC. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and bedrooms 3 & 4 each have a tri-bunk. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the main house rooms have a pedestal fan each. The main bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity. Guests staying in the additional bedrooms outside can access the main house via the laundry, where the separate WC is also located. There are two queen bedrooms in the outside unit, each fitted with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The modern kitchen is fitted with quality appliances. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the dining area. Laundry facilities include a combination washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, and a washing line. All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). *Although this home accommodates up to 12 guests, parties are strictly prohibited. We ask that all guests respect our neighbours, and not create any disturbance. Any breach of this house rule provides grounds for eviction, and will incur a fine. Please read our House Rules for further details* Dandjoo is located a short 10 minute walk to Dunsborough town centre, close to Coles and Southcamp (nearest pub!), so all your basic needs are covered nearby. Drive straight out to Yallingup or Eagle Bay without navigating town traffic, or walk into town without the stress of finding a park. Dunsborough playing fields are just around the corner, if anyone fancies a kick about on the oval. Dunsborough is the jewel of the South West region, located on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. At low tide, the beach has shallow, clear waters, perfect for kids to play and splash around safely, and on a nice day you will find happy groups of visitors and locals alike paddling, floating, fishing and boating in the serene waters of the bay. Just outside of town there are some more secluded beaches, like Curtis Bay and Meelup.
