Welcome to Adrift at Dolphin Cove Apt 5, riverfront modern apartment - stunning river views from balcony & main bedroom. Located above the Sandbar Café, local bakery & Oasis restaurant. Stroll across the road to the saltwater river pool for a dip or throw in a line at the jetty. Just a short 1.7km to patrolled North Haven Beach. Airco & free wifi included. Apartment is accessible via 2 flights of outdoor stairs. Strictly no smoking allowed. THE SPACE / LAYOUT A modern apartment with all the luxuries of home plus more. The owners live here part of the year and want to share their home with you. All furniture is brand new so please treat it as if it were your own. Sit back and take in the views of the Camden Haven River from the balcony while enjoying your morning coffee. A sunny, open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen including granite benchtops, dishwasher and induction cooktop. 3 bedrooms including the main with large walk in wardrobe & ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space too. The main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower. Fully stocked pantry, on a share & replace basis; you take some and leave some. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your home away from home.

Neighborhood info

North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.
