Neighbouring luxury waterfront properties are occupied by both permanent local residents and holidaying guests exploring the area. What makes this location unique is its natural beauty and quiet location, whilst remaining only 5 minutes drive to either Salamander Bay - Square or Nelson Bay for shopping and dining. Geographically Corlette is the most centrally located for all the listed tourist activities in Port Stephens. We have accommodated many guests attending weddings at The Anchorage, just a 6-minute paved walk home. There is a corner shop and Thai restaurant 100mters away. Your own car/hire car is best. There is no Uber in Port Stephens. There are several Taxi companies. Some of the large clubs (eg. Shoal Bay Country Club) have minivan pickups and drop-offs for guests who would like to drink.
