Overlooking the dining, living, and outdoor areas, it keeps everyone connected while entertaining or enjoying time together. Set on a generous 1,012m² block, there is plenty of room for backyard cricket and for your furry companion to stretch their legs. With two separate living areas, the kids can enjoy their own space at the front of the house while the adults unwind in the main living area. The master bedroom features a king bed, while two of the minor bedrooms each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children, with two single beds. In the cooler months, the fireplace in the living room creates the perfect setting for a cosy down south winter getaway.
