Time to getaway from the busy city crowds and enjoy some of the beautiful nature that Brisbane has to offer. Whether you need a place while moving homes, on a holiday, conference or just visiting family, this charming well appointed 6 bedroom house is well suited. Close bike ride to Buses connecting to Brisbane City, short drive to a train station & five minute drive to Southpine sporting complex and Eaton hill hotel. We are in a quiet yet convenient location. With all the comforts of home this 6 bedroom house is equipped with a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher & full size fridge, energy efficient, 55" Plasma wall mounted TV & an outdoor fireplace(not to be used when local outdoor fire bans are in place *please check ). With 6 rooms, this 2 level house also comes with a bath + shower & toilet for convenience on each level of the home. Quiet Residential Acreage Neighborhood. Short drive to Eatons hill Hotel and Event venue. Short drive to South Pine sports complex and Wantima Golf club. Close drive to Buses connecting to Brisbane City, Train station & Westfield shopping center. Close to all grades Schools. Less than 4 minutes to supermarkets(Woolworths , IGA & Aldi).
We have 2 acres next to land without fences so you will get to enjoy nature: just hang out on the patio, watch the wonderful Aussie wildlife that visit or gaze at the stars. Shaded by Spotted Gum and Iron Bark trees and next to a koala reserve , you can enjoy the outdoors from the front deck.
