Located approx 4.5 km from Dunsborough town, Edgewater is the perfect property for a relaxing family holiday on the Quindalup Waterfront. This two storey, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, laid-back beach house is equipped to sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a King bed, while the second and third bedrooms have 2 singles each, and the fourth bedroom (ground floor) has a queen bed. All quality linen is provided for your stay. This house is well designed for two families sharing or multi-generational family stays, thanks to the spacious layout, large back yard and close proximity to one of the best swimming beaches in the area. Upstairs is the bright and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen area, which opens onto a generous entertaining deck. This open plan area includes a lounge area for reading, enjoying a drink or listening to music. The large front deck has a section to relax with outdoor lounge and umbrella, and a separate are for al fresco dining with an outdoor setting and BBQ. There are 2 bathrooms in this home, one with a shower & toilet (upstairs), and the other is part of the laundry downstairs with a shower and separate toilet. The fully equipped laundry is also provided for those staying a little longer, with a front loader washing machine and dryer. With a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in both the upstairs living and downstairs lounge, plus an open fireplace downstairs, it makes for a comfortable holiday option any time of the year. Located just 2.5 hours away from Perth, and within easy driving distance to popular hotspots Yallingup (10 minutes), Eagle Bay (10 minutes) and Margaret River (30 minutes), Quindalup is the perfect base to explore everything our region has to offer. The best news? You don't have to visit Margaret River township to enjoy some of the most famous and world class wine, as there are dozens of cellar doors to choose from all the way down the Cape. The nearest cellar doors to Dunsborough are within a 15 minute drive (Palmer, Flametree, Deep Woods, Marq, Wise), and there are numerous local operators offering winery and brewery bus tours. For the beer lovers out there, nearby Busselton is home to two fantastic tap rooms - Rocky Ridge and Shelter Brewing Co. Dunsborough is the jewel of the South West region, located on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. At low tide, the town beach has shallow, clear waters, perfect for kids to play and splash around safely, and on a nice day you will find happy groups of visitors and locals alike paddling, floating, fishing and boating in the serene waters of the bay. Just outside of town there are some more secluded beaches, like Curtis Bay and Meelup. Dunsborough is home to many lovely local boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and provides a hub for everyone to enjoy good shopping, food and entertainment.
