Take it easy at this unique and tranquil waterfront location. Boat ramp and parking available. Set front and centre on the Pine River this home features local reserve with BBQ facilities and children's adventure park. This quaint home is designed for people who want to get out on the river by day and relax close by at night. This an older style home that has undergone minor renovations not so long ago.
Across the road you have the Pine River Boat Ramp and the Foreshore Park. This park has multiple BBQ stations and a number of children play grounds. You can fish just outside your front door without the need of a boat.
