Fountain Villa is a modern villa with beautiful outdoor spaces. Enjoy a modern spacious kitchen and a light filled living area coupled with two roomy bedrooms. Relax sitting in the private courtyard in front of the firepit and peaceful courtyard. Cook on the outdoor kitchen for an outdoor experience. A very short convenient walk to public transport (tram and train) which takes you straight to the doorstep of the MCG, Rod Laver Arena and the city. A convenient, comfortable and ambient getaway.
Fountain Villa is conveniently located close to Melbourne but within the gorgeous suburb of Camberwell. Public transport makes it easy to go to shows and sporting events in the city. We purchased Fountain Villa for this purpose. We have decided to share Fountain Villa with others in the same way we share our other listing on Phillip Island - Captain Lock's Cottage.
Fountain Villa is conveniently located withing walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and transport. It is situated in a safe and beautiful leafy neighborhood. There are many parks within walking distance and a walking/bike trail that can be used to get to the Melbourne CBD.
