Enjoy the fully renovated light & airy house with modern appliances induction cooktop, ASKO oven & large private under cover front & back decks to relax on. Fully fenced 2m with a remote controlled front gate with neat garden & lawns. 3 bedrooms 2-1/2 bathrooms open plan kitchen, dining & lounge (sofa bed) area. Fully air-cond plus laundry 4 undercover car parking. Conveniently located 1 km off the gateway m/way, 2km to Sleeman Sports Complex, 1 km to Belmont Rifle range, 13km Port of Bris.
Acreage area with quality homes around Plenty of parking in our area, driving to different areas is necessary as we are on acreage. There are bus stops however within 100m in both directions to places like Carindale.
