Home is accessible via 5 steps leading to the front door. The lounge room has ample space to relax with a four seater lounge and adjacent two seater chaise. Includes a smart TV with all streaming services that you are able to login and watch your favourite contents. Aircon and ceiling fan to help heat and cool this space. Dining area with table and chairs. Fully stocked modern kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and airfryer. Window pass opens onto outdoor alfresco deck. North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.
