We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

Located in Beachmere in the Queensland region, “Golden Sands on Beachmere” is the old style classic Australian shack but with modern features and comfort within. Enjoy the veranda and stunning sea views, along with the cooling sea breeze which runs through the home. Stroll down to the water’s edge and enjoy the beach front area. Providing free WiFi, the property also has barbecue facilities and a garden. This 3-bedroom holiday home comes with a kitchen, a seating area, a dining area and a cable flat-screen TV. The property also has 2 bathrooms each fitted with a shower. A massive kitchen with all equipment and appliances you would ever require. This lovely 3-bedroom holiday home contains a huge kitchen, seating at the kitchen table, a dining area, air conditioning, and a flat-screen with Telstra TV. The property also has 2 bathrooms, both are fitted with showers. Bribie Island is a short 25 minute drive from Golden Sands at Beachmere. Redcliffe is 34 km from the holiday home. Beachmere has some wonderful cafes to enjoy a coffee or a meal and is also a prime spot for boating and fishing. Plus there is an off leash dog beach if you are bringing your furry friend with you.
