Inside, the living area is designed for easy relaxation after a day exploring the region. Comfortable seating encourages slow evenings spent chatting, watching a movie or unwinding with a glass of local wine. Extending seamlessly from the living space, the wraparound balcony offers an inviting spot for morning coffee, quiet reading or taking in the serene countryside views. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and seamlessly connects to the living and dining areas, making it easy to prepare meals while staying part of the conversation. Adjacent, the dining space offers a welcoming setting for casual breakfasts and evening meals. When it’s time to unwind, two comfortable bedrooms provide a restful retreat after days spent exploring the region. The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat with a king bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Centrally positioned, the bathroom is practical and convenient, while a separate laundry adds extra ease for longer stays. Guests also have access to shared facilities at the neighbouring Yallingup Forest Resort, including a swimming pool, tennis court and playground. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage. Free parking is available in the driveway for your convenience.
