The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located residence. Only 4 blocks from Sturt street on the beautifully tree lined premier Drummond street. The property is a 1930's Art Deco heritage listed house which had a business built onto the side in the 1960's which was used as a green grocer, a bottle shop and then other various trades. In 2019 the property was renovated to create one large dwelling. The house encompasses 2 large living areas one of which is enormous, an outdoor entertaining deck with TV and BBQ as well as 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite and 3 toilets. The perfect place to stay for large groups in central Ballarat.
