Happy Holiday Homes is a locally owned (Dunsborough) boutique holiday home management company with an emphasis on personal service. The homes that we manage are "happy" and they are "homes", which makes for a perfect "holiday"! Homes and spaces have a huge effect on your sense of well-being and happiness. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Separate from the main house, you'll be undisturbed surrounded by nature, yet a short walk to the beach and Dunborough's vibrant town centre. Located opposite the Blythe Conservation Reserve, with wild flowers, orchids and local wildlife - this newly built and tastefully furnished studio is your little oasis when staying down south. The studio is separate from the main home, with off street parking. It's in a quiet spot at the end of a cul-de-sac. There's a comfortable queen sized bed. Open the window blind above the TV and look out over the trees in total privacy! Seating is a couple of chairs and a coffee table. You have a smart TV, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Outside, enjoy a wine watching the sunset over the reserve from the verandah. There's an additional shower outside and the owners have left a couple of old bikes that you are welcome to use. So much nicer than a hotel! Studio is for your exclusive use. Happy to help! Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and the bed is made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
