Our (fully registered) holiday getaway "Indoyo Retreat" is in Busselton, part of the stunningly beautiful south-west region of Western Australia. Indoyō Retreat is only 300m from the beautiful Geographe Bay, a little over 2km from Busselton central and its famous jetty and has views and direct access to the peppermint tree filled Longlands Park. The property sleeps 6, is fully furnished and includes: • 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 2 singles) • hotel quality bed linen & towels • 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower • separate toilet and laundry • fully equipped kitchen with all necessary items including espresso coffee machine • flat screen smart tv with NETLFIX, dvd player and surround sound system • books, dvds and games available for guests use • outdoor patio with Weber bbq, table setting and outdoor lounge • fully enclosed yard with lawn Our property is dog friendly. A double dog bed and bowls are supplied. We do let our property out for Leavers' Week (in Nov), but we do a spot check during the week to ensure the Property is being looked after and a special Bond (1000dollars). NOTE: NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT INCL LINEN & TOWELS, SO IF YOU DON'T WISH TO BYO, THERE'S EXTRA FEE 25/BED. ALSO PLEASE NOTE, WE MANAGE PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY OURSELVES, PAYMENT IS NOT PROCESSED BY BOOKINGS.
