The lounge room has a two-seater sofa, which allows you to kick back in front of the TV and binge on your favourite streaming service. A Queen-sized bedroom is located up the stairs in the loft. And the pullout sofa in the lounge makes for an extra bed for a friend or the kids. A split-system unit keeps this tiny house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The bathroom includes a Green Loo odour-free and guest-maintenance-free dry composting (waterless) toilet and full-size shower with excellent hot water. An ergonomic desk and fast internet is provided for those who like to work remotely. This desk can be adjusted and doubles as a dining area. Whether working remotely or enjoying a lovely meal, you will gaze out of the picture window that overlooks the eucalypts and surrounding area being revegetated with indigenous plants. Our guests enjoy the entire, fully-fenced and dog-friendly, block to themselves, ensuring total privacy during your stay. An outdoor setting means you can sit outside and watch the birds with a drink in hand and enjoying the peaceful surrounds. Kookaburras perch supports an eco-friendly lifestyle with a dry compost toilet and full off-grid power system, with mains backup, meaning you’ll never run out. The Tiny House is fully insulated and double glazed to keep heating/cooling needs to a minimum.
