Self contained brand new building centrally located in the middle of lakeside Raymond Terrace. Whole house available we will be renting two rooms for four people.
I’m a stay at home housewife so most of the time I’m available to greet and show you around
It a quiet property surrounded by park land, very centrally located. Raymond Terrace is a great central place and Lakeside residence is the best choice by bus car - Bus stop at the front door - 200 meters walk to the tavern, shop, newsagent, chemist and Dominos pizza -300 meters walk to swimming pool and sport fields. - 15minutes to Newcastle Airport ( ask us if you need transportation) - 15 minutes to fighter world - 20 minutes to Oak park zoo - 20 minutes McDonald’s Jones Stadium - 15 minutes to Quad bike king - 25 minutes Stockton beach - 25 minutes to John Hunter Hospital - 25 minutes kotara shopping centre - 30 minutes to Nelson’s Bay
