The space Our 1 bedroom apartment is located on Memorial Drive and sleeps 2 +1 (sofabed) . • Queen bedroom with built-in wardrobe and air conditioning • Living , modern kitchen and breakfast bar with ceiling fan, large TV and comfortable sofa • Dedicated study with shelving for work space and wifi • Walk in shower/ bathroom with washing machine • Full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle • Air conditioning and Wi-fi are included • Kerb side parking in front of the building (we have a dedicated car park but the driveway is a bit narrow) Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and balcony. No barbeques and strictly no smoking / parties in the apartment. If you plan to use the sofa bed please notify us in advance (chargeable). We provide all bed linen and towels.
