Located in the heart of Margaret River, Leeuwin offers self-contained accommodations with a private balcony or patio. It features an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. All apartments have laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment has a spacious living area with a DVD player and a CD player. There is air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in all other rooms. Leeuwin Apartments are located opposite Gloucester Park, less than 15 minutes’ drive from many Margaret River wineries. Prevelly Beach is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can relax in the sauna, or a dip in the pool. Leeuwin Margaret River also features a tennis court, barbecue facilities and a children’s playground.

Our staff have a diverse range of interests, some love to surf, off road cycle and enjoy the outdoors. Others are interested in more leisurely past times like art, walking the many bush trails or paddling in the ocean. All of us love the food and wine the region has to offer. Some of us have lived in the region for many years and have fantastic local knowledge which we are happy to share to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Our apartments are managed by the friendly team at the River Hotel Margaret River Resort. Check in is off site at The River Hotel, 40 Wallcliffe Rd. Please note 1 nights accommodation will be charged after booking and this may show on your credit card statement as 'The River Hotel' Situated in the world famous wine region of Margaret River, Leeuwin Apartments are only a five minute stroll to the local township, which boasts renowned restaurants, bars and galleries. These superbly appointed self-contained apartments in Margaret River are perfect for the romantic couple, the corporate traveler, holidaying family or small group. The majority of apartments are 2 level townhouses, and there are two first floor single level apartments. Unfortunately we do not manage any ground floor apartments within this resort. Disclaimer: the external facilities are managed by the Strata and as such we are unable to guarantee availability of these at the time of your stay. Occassionaly some facilities may be unavailable due to equipment failure, maintenance issues or Shire closure. WIFI is currently not available at this property.

Neighborhood info

The apartments are close to some fantastic walk and cycle trails. As well as being within walking distance of restaurants, shops and services. There are beaches and wineries within a 10 minute drive from your apartment door.
