Beautifully appointed, large two storey, 3 bedroom apartment with private roof top terrace and spa. The ‘going-ons’ on Marine Parade and the Pacific Ocean can be privately enjoyed from either floor. Original artworks, high ceilings and glass frontage all contribute to this surprising and unique space. Start your day on the beach… just down the lift and 50m from your front door. Collect your wake-up coffee or freshly squeezed juice at one of the many cafes on the way. Supermarkets, bottle-os, cafes and restaurants, day spas, book, clothes and homeware shops, live music, bars and clubs all in easy walking distance. Park the car in your dedicated undercover space and put down the keys. An exceptional air-conditioned apartment; three bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bathroom, large well-appointed kitchen, lounge and dining room. So many places to enjoy the view and the sea-air, with lower-level outdoor daybed and bungalow seating, as well as rooftop spa, sun-lounges, high table & bar-stools.
