Upstairs, the games retreat doubles as a second living area, complete with a full-sized pool table, comfortable TV lounge, and a convenient minibar with a sink and mini fridge for preparing drinks and snacks. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony overlooking tranquil lake surrounds, creating a peaceful spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or unwinding at sunset. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each include a queen bed. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for younger guests. Alongside the ensuite, the main bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, offering flexibility for families and groups. With air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, plus a full laundry and secure double garage, the home is well equipped for longer stays and memorable South West escapes.
