Welcome to Margaret River Beach Studios - There are only 2 studios on the property so our guests can experience a private, relaxing holiday.
Margaret River Beach Studios are new, modern, and have a great holiday feel. They are located one street back from the beach in Prevelly - a 5 minute easy walk to the beach, surf and beach cafes. The Margaret River meets the ocean at Prevelly and the Rivermouth Beach is also only a 5 minute walk from the studios. The studios also have a beautiful outlook of tree tops of the Leeuwin Natuarliste Ridge as a backdrop.
Prevelly is only a 5 minute drive from Caves Road which is the main tourist route of the area and an 8 minute drive into the Margaret River townsite for more restaurants and shops.
We have tried to make the studios have a beach, holiday feel so that guests can have a relaxing holiday.
We have lived in Margaret River for over 30 years having moved here for the lifestyle and natural, clean environment. We love the area and all it has to offer and have lots of local knowledge to share with our guests. We think we are very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world and try to make sure our guests have everything they need so they can relax and enjoy their holiday.
The studios are located in Prevelly which is the original old fashioned beach town of Margaret River. Prevelly is home to Surfers Point where the Margaret River Classic world class surfing event is held every year. The Margaret River meets the ocean at Prevelly and the Rivermouth Beach is a great swimming and surfing spot There are lots of windy streets, beach houses tucked behind Peppermint Trees and you can hear to the sound of the surf through the trees. Behind the sand dunes is the Leeuwin National Park which makes a beautiful backdrop. The Cape to Cape walk is also on our doorstep
