Located within the quiet Dunsborough Lakes within walking distance to the well known Simmo's Ice Creamery and a five minute drive to the beach you will find Meadows. Walking into the home you will find a Queen and Twin room on your right, alongside a bathroom. On your left you will see the master bedroom fitted with a large walk in wardrobe and an ensuite. The end of the house brings you to a open lounge and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining large families. The sliding door leads you outside to an undercover outdoor area with a BBQ. Please be aware there is currently no access to the garage, the double driveway accommodates for 2 cars.
