Our gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom, family sized apartment is located way up high on level 32 in Tower 2 of ORACLE. The views from the large ocean facing balcony are absolutely breathtaking! Oracle is located in the heart of beautiful Broadbeach with all the best cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. This stylish apartment offers a totally relaxing and dreamy beachside holiday. The furnishings are practical and comfortable, and the linen and bedding are soft and luxurious. Our apartment has been thoughtfully styled with a relaxing and indulgent holiday in mind. This property accommodates up to FOUR people only. Children aged two and older are included in the four people rule. Infants UNDER the age of two are very welcome at our place and may stay at no additional charge. Let us know if you would like to hire a stroller, port-a-cot or highchair. BYO baby linen. Please read the HOUSE RULES and CANCELLATION POLICY prior to booking our place. NO schoolies, parties, no bachelor / bachelorette events or gatherings. NO third-party bookings. NO smoking anywhere - not inside the apartment, not on the balcony, not in common areas. PLEASE report damage/breakages prior to departure. RULES RELATING TO GUESTS - Only booked guests are permitted in the property. Undisclosed persons are not permitted. NOISE COMPLAINTS - Our place is located in a quiet residential apartment complex. Loud music and excessive noise will not be tolerated and will result in eviction without refund. EXTRA CLEANING - You will be charged for extra cleaning if carpet or upholstery requires professional cleaning or if any extra cleaning is required over and above a standard departure clean. CHECK OUT by 11am - Late check outs are not available. All access fobs and keys issued at check in must be returned to the apartment prior to departure.
