Please read the description in full, to make sure this home is suitable, before making a booking. A stylish 3x2 beach house, “Mint Haus” provides the perfect base for a trip down south. A stone’s throw from the white sands of Quindalup beach – one of the best swimming spots in the area – and nestled alongside Toby Inlet, the house enjoys a quiet but prime location to cater to all your holiday needs. The three bedrooms comprise: 1.Master with queen bed, direct access to main bathroom 2.Queen 3. Twin single with desk All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and plantation shutters. The main bathroom has a corner bath/shower, vanity and separate WC. The second bathroom comprises a shower room and separate WC off the laundry, with a sink and medicine cabinet to complete the bathroom facilities. The laundry has a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, airer & washing line. The open plan kitchenette, dining area and lounge is a great space to spend quality time together. The kitchenette does not have any built-in appliances, but thanks to an array of counter-top options, cooking is still easy. These include: convection oven/microwave, single ring induction cooker, electric frying pan, air fryer and rice cooker, full-size fridge/freezer and pod coffee machine. The large dining table is great for family meal times. The living area has two couches and some chairs, plenty of room to relax while you catch up on your favourite shows on the smart TV. In the winter months, the wood fire provides a cosy atmosphere. The “rumpus” room at the rear of the house features a pool table, couch and day bed for relaxing after a day out exploring the South West. All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). Some firewood is provided during winter.

Quindalup is a quiet neighbourhood on the East side of Dunsborough, away from the buzz of town but still within easy reaching distance. The beachfront here is all soft powdery white sand and clear, aquamarine waters - absolute bliss. It is the perfect spot for fishing, all water sports, or just a refreshing dip. Dunsborough is the jewel of the South West region, located on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay. At low tide, the beach has shallow, clear waters, perfect for kids to play and splash around safely, and on a nice day you will find happy groups of visitors and locals alike paddling, floating, fishing and boating in the serene waters of the bay. Just outside of town there are some more secluded beaches, like Curtis Bay and Meelup. Dunsborough is home to many lovely local boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, and provides a hub for everyone to enjoy good shopping, food and entertainment. A laidback coastal town with a lovely community feel, it experiences a large swell in population during high season, yet you would be amazed how peaceful holidaying here can still be, thanks to beautiful surrounding bush, leafy suburbs and long stretches of pristine beach.
