Our townhouse is in a super prime spot — literally a 2-minute walk to the 903 bus stop and just 1 minute from the lights. You’re only 500m from The Links Shopping Centre, with Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Bakers Delight, Sushi Sushi, Subway, and heaps more right there. Travel’s easy too: about 30 mins by bus to Monash Clayton, 50 mins to Deakin, and around 30 mins by car to Melbourne CBD. The price is per room, not the whole townhouse. Common areas are shared between our family and the four rooms. We’ve got our own private bathroom and toilet, and the four rooms share two bathrooms/toilets.
