A blissful beach escape for family or friend groups of 6 -8. Escape the hustle and bustle and retreat to the sounds of birds in this executive style home surrounded by luscious resort style gardens, just 650m walk to the beach up and over the hill and a short drive to Nelson Bay Marina, cafes, restaurants and shops. Enjoy the entire home exclusively including the outdoor alfresco area and the double garage, while the owner lives in a seperate self contained unit underneath the main house. The executive style beach house has 4 bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite and balcony then main bathroom with bath and shower and seperate toilet room. Each room has ceiling fans and the house is equipped with ducted air conditioning. There is a work desk/chair and monitor screen in the 4th bedroom. The house has WIFI throughout and Netflix on the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and coffee pod machine. Tea & Coffee is provided. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. There is a deck off the main lounge/dining area with alfresco dining space including a BBQ, outdoor lounges and outdoor dining table. The fully fenced, private backyard features stunning hedges and greenery, a bamboo feature and well maintained lawns.

My property is located in the prestigeous Corlette Vantage Estate, nestled amongst lovely private gardens with an outlook over bushland. The peace and serenity and abundance of birds is a key feature. Ideally located just 650m from the waterfront, within walking distance to restaurants and bars, close to shops and just 2.7kms to Nelson Bay marina. It’s a peaceful and private leafy setting with the serenity of bird songs and it’s close to all the best attractions of the area including Bagnells Beach which is a short stroll.
