Many holiday apartments are privately owned, so the difference between two similar rooms in the same building can be significant and we all know the website photos will only show the best apartment! About the Space This light-filled apartment features an open-plan layout that flows effortlessly from a sleek stone-topped kitchen into a spacious living and dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling glass. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The master suite offers a plush king bed, private ensuite with deep bathtub, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom includes two single beds (which can be joined into a king), providing flexibility for families or groups. Both bathrooms are luxuriously appointed, and a full laundry, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV make longer stays a breeze. House rules: No smoking or vaping. No pets, parties or events. No Schoolies. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check-ins or check-outs on Christmas day, New years day, or Easter Sunday.
