Welcome to Pacific Gables 8, a fully renovated 2-bedroom unit, located on the absolute beachfront in Tugun. With no roads to cross and direct beach access, this is sure to become a family favourite! The unit is located on the first floor and has been tastefully renovated throughout, offering a comfortable space to relax and unwind. There are 2 bedrooms – master with king bed and ensuite, second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and stunning ocean views. There’s also a full-size bathroom with laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer, and separate toilet. The loungeroom has been designed to capitalise on the stunning views, with a comfy couch facing the ocean and wall mounted smart TV with Wi-Fi. There’s also a single day bed, which is perfect for kids or an overnight visitor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and you can enjoy meals inside, or step out to your private beachfront balcony, which is the perfect spot to sit back and relax. Pacific Gables 8 also offers a single lockup garage which also has room for bikes and boards. The Oceanway footpath is right on your doorstep, offering a short, easy walk or ride to Tugun Village or a scenic journey into Coolangatta/ Rainbow Bay to the south. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 9 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Linen - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring / hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches and inland gems like the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, Tweed Regional Gallery and a range of cute & quirky towns.
