She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded (this does not include the 1.5% surcharge fee)

Bedroom 1 enjoys stunning water views and includes a King bed with TV, air conditioning and Ensuite, Bedroom 2 has a King bed with TV and air conditioning, Bedroom 3 a Single bed, there are 3 bathrooms (incl Ensuite), two large entertainment decks, and games area, board games, books to read and a pool table. Top level has open plan living and dining areas, Wifi and NETFLIX included 75" Android SMART TV, air-conditioning throughout both levels for your convenience. Two outdoor deck areas to relax on, cook on the Webber BBQ, all accessed by full sliding doors from the lounge and dining areas to allow you to enjoy the stunning beach and water views. Just relax and enjoy the cool sea breezes. What more could you ask for! Palazzo on the Beach features a modern fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, kettle, toaster. Plus tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and water is all provided to start you off. All linen will be provided for your stay including 1 towel and beach towel, per guest.
