Enjoy fun in the sun at Palmy Villa – a family and pet-friendly home with a pool, just minutes’ walk from everything Palm Beach has to offer. Set over two spacious levels, the home features three bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. A small double pull-out sofa in a foyer/flex space can also be used for short stays by additional visitors. Your dog is welcome to join you on holiday too. Spend your days relaxing by the pool or take a short stroll to Palm Beach parklands, the patrolled surf beach and the off-leash dog beach. Palmy Villa has everything you need for a relaxed coastal getaway with family or friends. The lower level includes a bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and access to the backyard and pool, plus another bedroom with a tri-bunk (single on top, double below) and a single trundle. The foyer/flex space has a day bed that converts to a small double sofa bed, suitable for two small children or one adult for short stays. There is also a main bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet, and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs features the main bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and ensuite. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker and SodaStream, and flows into an open plan living area with polished floorboards, smart TV and Wi-Fi. A covered patio offers alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. Additional features include a swimming pool, fully fenced yard, reverse-cycle air conditioning upstairs, ceiling fans throughout, covered carport parking for two cars and pet-friendly accommodation. Linen and beach towels are provided, and access is via a lockbox. Access is via a lockbox at the property, with further details provided prior to arrival. All linen is supplied, including beach towels, and beds will be made up for your stay. Linen is provided for the sofa and trundle beds, although they will not be made up in advance.

Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches and inland gems like the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, Tweed Regional Gallery and a range of cute & quirky towns.
