RAC Busselton Holiday Park (previously BIG 4 Peppermint Park) is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland, a short 300-yard stroll from the clear waters of Geographe Bay. It offers 2 large outdoor pools, a volleyball court and free parking on site. The self-contained guest rooms offer a kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge and cooking utensils. Each air-conditioned room also comes with a DVD player and a TV. This award-winning family holiday park has a barbecue area and a games room. Bike hire is available for those who wish to explore the area. RAC Busselton Holiday Park (previously BIG 4 Peppermint Park) is a 25-minute drive from Busselton Jetty and the Ngilgi Cave. It is within a 40-minute drive of Margaret River Airport, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and Maritime Museum. Bunbury Airport is a 1-hour drive away.

Company info

The Park is owned by the Robins family who redeveloped the park in 2005. Their passion is to be one of the best nature focused Holiday Parks in Australia and is managed by a dedicated family living on site who take great pride welcoming guests.

Property info

The Park has a great choice of accommodation with one and two bedroom deluxe cabins and and range of studio apartments. All cabins and studios are fully self contained. Wonderful outdoor facilities for all ages including a heated swimming pool.

We are a multi award winning unique tourist park situated on 5 hectares of natural bush land, 300 mtrs from Geogprahe Bay's pristine beaches, only 2.5 hours drive from Perth City. Great location to access all the local attractions in the South West.
