Port Melbourne is one of Melbourne’s most desirable bayside suburbs, known for its relaxed beachside lifestyle and vibrant local scene. With the beach just moments away and Bay Street’s boutique shopping, cafes, and restaurants nearby, you’ll have the best of both coastal charm and urban convenience. Take a morning walk along the waterfront, explore local parks, or hop on a tram for a quick trip into the CBD—Port Melbourne truly has it all. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
