Property info

We are SO close to The beach, the airport, parks, the city centre. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Restaurants, cafes, bars, in both Kirra and Coolangatta all within 1-2 minute walk to either side. The beach is literally at the bottom of the stairs/walk way ramp. Across the street is the Community Cultural centre with the famous Kirra Hill look out/bbq area, & yoga classes etc. We also have SMART TV & a Garage space for 1 car :) .

Neighborhood info

Directly in front of the building when you walk downstairs and outside, is the most magnificent view of the ocean. The beach is at the bottom of the stairs and the Coolangatta cultural centre is directly across the road, providing many classes, such as yoga, mediation, art classes, dance etc. We are on Kirra hill right slap bang in the middle of Kirra and Coolangatta main beaches and shops. Walking distance to everything. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the stairs on the Kirra side that goes directly into Surfers Paradise, there is also buses to pretty much EVERYWHERE from within Coolangatta. THe main bus terminal is located just behind Griffith street, a 5 minute walk away.
