Private Gem is featuring a self contained unit in a family home with private entry with one bedroom, one bathroom (with a bath tub and a shower) and bath towels, seperate toilet, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar. ( Please Note! We DO NOT allow the use of cooking appliances brought in to use in our kitchenette other than what is provided for your use!) Private Gem also has a private courtyard with a cosy undercover decking with outdoor lounge offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with fresh linen, flatscreen tv, free WIFI internet and Netflix, power point with 2x USB charger points.
We are Katie and George. We have a European background, but we call Australia ( and the Gold Coast ) home for over 18 years now. We both have been in the hospitality industry for a long time and we thrive to accomodate our guest’s needs as best as we possibly can, so you can have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Private Gem is located in a quiet street surrounded by peaceful family homes. We have lived here for 10+ years now and just love the area. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of greenery, beautifully designed streets with modern looking buildings, landscaped parks with playgrounds. It is close to the Nerang State Forest Basic amenities are just a few minutes drive away, such as Woolworths, cafes, restaurants, bottle shop, pharmacy, and petrol station. It is conveniently located to access two international airport via M1 motorway ( Coolangatta 40 min (31 km), Brisbane Airport 1 hr ( 66km), Surfers Paradise 30 minutes. Theme Parks are not far either. Wet N’ Wild World and Movie World just 5 km. Dreamworld is 9km approx. 15 minutes drive away. Helensvale Westfield shopping mall is 4.2 km with train and light rail stations.
