The fine print
Please note that renovation work of the ground floor lobby will be carried out from November 2025 to June 2026. During this period, the reception desk and tour desk will be relocated outside of the lobby from 08:00 to 20:00, and a second reception desk will be available on the second floor all day.
Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
