I have a lot of feedback from guests with regards to how child friendly my house is. Lots of toys, board games, dvd's and a nice confined yard with water views. The parents can relax whilst the children are kept busy. Another thing guests love is that they can bring their pets and not have to pay boarding kennel fees. The 3 bedroom house is in a quiet area with permanent residents on either side. The kitchen has lots of saucepans, plates, bowls platters, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc. A rice cooker, toaster, kettle, full-size fridge, dishwasher, electric hotplates, and oven. A huge master bedroom. Outdoor setting, and extra chairs. Lounge with seating for 7 plus kids table and chairs. Table with 8 chairs and 3 stools. Small family room with seating for 5. Undercover parking for 2 cars and power point for electric cars. Walk to the dog-friendly beach and playground with free electric BBQswhich is 400m away and not what AI have said in my listing description.
I take pride in how I treat my guests, the cleanliness and amenities I provide. I have affordable prices so that everyone can enjoy a night or two away. I'm only a phone call away at all times if you have any questions.
Easy access to all the tourist locations on Phillip island, which is across the bridge. Whale, seal, and dolphin Cruises leave from san remo jetty, and there is pelican feeding every day. 11am or 12 for daylight savings time. San Remo has a supermarket, cafe's, restaurants, pubs with regular live music, fisherman's co-op with fresh seafood to take away, or they can cook it for you. Safe beaches, charter cruises, and much more, all without the chaos of being in Cowes, which is fifteen minutes away. Relax at a cafe, swim at the beach, fish from the pier, San Remo has it all.
