Located in a peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac, on the fringe of Coombabah nature reserve and only 4 minute drive to the theme parks, 8 minutes to the train, 25 minutes to Surfers Paradise. Some great walks around the neighbourhood with plenty of birds and kangaroos which visit a few times a week.
