The fine print
Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre-authorisation to be presented on check-in by the cardholder.
Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. This property requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. The amounts are AUD 100 per apartment. Please note that no-shows at the property will result in full accommodation fees. Guests must check in on the first day of the reservation.
